📅 Appointments & Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or direct message.
A $20 deposit is required for all new clients to secure your booking.

Please ensure you select the correct service when booking to allow enough time for your appointment.

✨ Existing clients are not required to pay a deposit

⏰ Late Arrivals

We understand that delays can happen. However:

• Arrivals more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation

• Full service fees may still apply

❌ Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations may incur a fee

• No-shows may be required to pay a deposit before future bookings

💳 Deposits

🏡 Home Studio Etiquette

As we operate from a private home studio, we kindly ask:

• Please arrive on time (not too early)

• Only the person with the appointment is allowed (unless discussed prior)

• Keep noise to a minimum when arriving/leaving

• Respect the space as you would your own

🧼 Health & Hygiene

Your safety is our priority.

• All tools are cleaned and sanitised after each client

• Please inform us of any infections, injuries, or conditions before your appointment

• We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary

🎨 Nail Art & Designs

We love custom designs!

• Please send inspiration photos before your appointment if possible

• Final results may vary slightly depending on nail length/condition

💅 Repairs & Guarantee

We take pride in our work.

• If you experience any issues within 3 days, please contact us

• Repairs are offered at our discretion

• No refunds on completed services

👶 Children & Guests

To maintain a calm and safe environment:

• No children or additional guests unless arranged in advance

📸 Photos & Social Media

We may take photos of your nails for our portfolio and social media.

Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.
